Curls & Twirls will be partnering with Hatah! Hatah!, GWY Shop, For Isabela, MyRottenShoppe and Cotton Candy Shirts this coming PCC 6! This will be Curls & Twirls' FIRST bazaar in 2013 and SECOND time to join PCC. Last year was a surprisingly huge success for us, so we're hoping for the same this year. *fingers crossed* 

More info will be provided soon, and the floor plan will also be posted for your viewing pleasure as soon as it's been approved by the admin folks at Rob (says Sir Henry of Cosplay.ph). But please do consider joining the fun if you have the time and happen to be in the area, because not only will you be able to participate in activities like the toy auction, there are NO ENTRANCE FEES!! Woohoo~

Curls & Twirls will be partnering with C&S Designs this coming SuperSale Bazaar! This will be our first time joining, so we're thrilled and a bit (okay, a LOT) nervous. ^^ 

To all fashionistas, I'm sure you're already familiar with SSB, but to newbies, SuperSale Bazaar (or SSB, for short) is considered to be the biggest fashion bazaar in Metro. Hundreds of established companies and independent businesses (mostly online) come together to showcase their products at discounted prices, usually at 50% to a whopping 90% OFF! Honestly, it's a CRIME not to go to SSB's, so make sure you drop by, because I guarantee it'll be a HUGE event. Five days of nothing but sale and giveaways - what girl wouldn't want that? ;) 

As usual, the floor plan will be once it's ready. For now, print out the flyer posted above to avail 20% OFF your entrance ticket. You can also visit SSB's Facebook page to know more about the many (successful) events they've organized.

Collecticon 2012 Floor Plan - Visit Us! :)

Heads up!

Below is the floor plan for the Collecticon 2012 this Oct. 6-7, 2012. As you can see, Curls & Twirls is located at BOOTH # 51. Click the image to see the floor plan as a whole.

Now, what to expect? Booths and exhibitors that will offer different wares like cosplay materials, anime merchandise, and quirky toys and accessories from yours truly. Also, a collectors' display, toy auctions, trivia contests, photo contests, and the Superhero Costripper of the Day among many others.

This is sure to be TWO whole day of nothing but funfunfun, so if you have the time, do drop by (and maybe visit us as well? :3). It's FREE ENTRANCE/ADMISSION anyway.

Cosplay Mania '12: The Aftermath.

Success! 

It really was.

Too bad I'm still too tired from all the shenanigans that transpired in the past two days; otherwise, this entry would have been longer by *-----------------this-------------------* much. xD

Anyway, a big thanks to Cosplay.Ph for inviting us to be a part of this very, very cool event. REALLY! This year's Cosplay Mania was so much more fantastic than last year's. It was a biiiiiiiig improvement, and I SO dig the centrex wall and the signage above and the carpeted booth spaces where I could saunter around bare feet. xD The room could use a lower temperature, but the heat and very slight suffocation was to be expected with the throngs and throngs of people in the area. Still, everything was GOLD. We loved everything about this event, and that's all that matters. :)

To my dear clients, thank you so much for dropping by our booth! I'm sorry the Owl-kun Backpacks and the Drinking Dice got sold out fast. I'll do my best to restock them on our next event - which I'll be making an announcement of some time SOON.

For now, THANK YOU and we hope you had as much fun as we had!

As mentioned, this year's Cosplay Mania will be one of the biggest events there is, with famous international cosplayers like Kaname and Reika as special guests! Tickets are already sold in your nearest SM Cinemas, so make sure you're there! 

For everyone's convenience, all con-goers will also be given a souvenir map so you won't get lost in the massive space provided for the event. Isn't that just thoughtful? xD

Curls & Twirls will be having a booth at TANABATA V - KIZUNA, another hot and cultural event by the same company that brought you Otaku Valentine Con 2012! The program proper looks VERY promising - there will be individual cosplays, drawing contests, karaoke contests and the much awaited TANABATA DANCE (which I'm SO gonna check out!). Admission is only P120 per head.

11th ToyCon Floor Plan - Visit Us! :)

Heads up!

Below is the floor plan for the 11th ToyCon this June 15-17, 2012. The boxes aren't numbered, but our merry band of five is located at BOOTHS # 117 & 118. Click the image to see the floor plan as a whole. 

The people behind ToyCon have announced yesterday at the exhibitor's briefing that tickets will be pre-sold NEXT WEEK at the Megatrade Hall Office only. We know how much of a hassle it is to get a ticket on the event itself, so if you're planning on attending ToyCon this year (which you SHOULD), we suggest you make the purchase as early as then.

Now, what to expect? Too many to mention, TBH. For the gist of it though, head on to ToyCon's official website and see for yourself!
