I'm online almost everyday, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and my cellphones are always close to my trusty laptop, so it's quite easy to reach me, really. Usually, I respond as soon as I can, but there are also those times wherein I'm terribly busy (sorting out bulk orders from distributors, packing orders, product pictorials, doing layouts and other matters outside e-commerce), so please don't chew me out if I fail to give you an instant reply. I manage two (2) very busy online shops and basically do just about everything on my own, so I'm constantly under severe time pressure - especially during shipping days.
