This is undeniably the most comprehensible list so far, and the person behind this is a real saint because this only makes our lives much easier.

All items scheduled for shipping this week shall be moved on Monday, Oct. 05, 2009. Xend and Air21 have advised us that there may be delays in their delivery because of the aftermath that Ondoy has left around many areas, and rather than having them keep the parcels until the roads and their system are back to normal, we shall hold the packages and hope for the best that next week will be a much more ideal time for shipping than today. Trust that we shall take care of your packages and keep them safe with us. To compensate for the delay, especially to our dear buyers who have settled their payments early, we shall include 2 extra freebies in your orders.
On another note, a new typhoon shall be coming our way in 3-4 days. We fear for our countrymen's safety as we've yet to recover from one of the worst floodings in our history. If you are reading this, we're glad that you are alive and lucky to have survived Ondoy, but that doesn't mean that the nightmare is over. Let us all be well-prepared this time, shall we? Brace yourselves for another disaster, put faith in our country's staying power, and pray hard that no more deaths and tragedies shall arise. *crosses fingers*God bless!

Ondoy?
Truly destructive. His wrath has proven to be immensely devastating to a lot of people. I was really lucky to have been safe and warm inside our house during the calamity yesterday. Still, my sympathy goes out to the unfortunate individuals and families who have been stranded in the most unlikely of places because of the horror that Ondoy has brought upon us. Just a few minutes ago, I've made a donation to the Philippine Red Cross via G-Cash, and sent the remaining money I have left in my account - proceeds from this shop, "Curls & Twirls", and not my own. A hefty amount, I must admit, and I haven't even told Cring and Ate Mooch about it yet. I'm sure they'd understand though. We shall be helping a lot of people with the few hundred pesos I've sent in our name, after all. =)To those who are reading this, I advice that you do the same. Let's all help out by giving donations, shall we? Right now, a mere P10 can do wonders to someone's life.
Donate to the Philippine Red Cross by calling 143 or 527-0000.
You may also make your donations via SMS or G-Cash. Convenient, yes? :3
For SMS, send them in by texting RED<space>AMOUNT to 2899 (Globe) or 4483 (Smart).
For G-Cash, text DONATE<space>AMOUNT<space>4-digit M-PIN<space>REDCROSS, and send to 2882. Feel free to re-post this journal. Let your friends know that people need them. Don't forget to pray!

STILL so exciting~!
Our sister shop, "Onigiri Outlet", will be having its grand opening this coming October 01, 2009 at 8:00 in the evening!
I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it, and we really do hope you'll come and see what apparels we have enthusiastically selected for our premiere collection! ^__^
What is "Onigiri Outlet" all about? "Onigiri Outlet" is a sister shop of "Curls & Twirls", also managed by the same masterminds - Gen, Cring & Mooch. We built the store mainly to help Cring & Mooch's mom, Tita Nora, to clear her inventory by selling some of her overstocks online and in prices MUCH cheaper than what are normally offered in her physical store. "Onigiri Outlet" also serves as an extension of our Pre-loved Collection. Our unused apparels are piling up one after the other, and they're already too many that we couldn't afford to put them up here anymore in fear that we might mess up our shop's arrays. Besides, we don't like to clutter "Curls & Twirls" with items that are irrelevant to its theme - cute, unique and all that. We're very meticulous people, and proud of that.
What does "Onigiri Outlet" offer? As mentioned, a wide variety of clothes, shoes and bags shall grace the shop's catalog once it's officially launched. Every anthology, we upload shall contain a fairly balanced amount of brand new clothes from our sponsor, Tita Nora, and pre-loved wears from our own closets - all guaranteed to be in mint condition, if not seldom worn or unused. Sizes shall range from XS-XL, though there may be some that can even stretch up to 3X! So basically, the shop can cater to ALL frame types.
Like most online clothing stores, all apparels purchased from us shall be carefully hand-washed and ironed before shipping. We like taking care of our girls, after all~! <3How does "Onigiri Outlet" work?Despite our items not coming from ukay stores, we shall be using the infamous bidding system for all uploads (unless otherwise stated). Not only is it undeniably popular nowadays, it's also more fun and interactive for everyone, which is what we aim to give to our future patrons.Once again, "Onigiri Outlet" shall be opening this October 01, 2009 (Thursday), and the premiere anthology shall be available for viewing and bidding at 8:00 PM. Start marking your calendars, and add us up if you haven't done so! We'd definitely LOVE to have YOU there! ^__^Lastly, here are some of the apparels that we shall be offering you in the first collection. We hope they get you in the mood for the opening!
Ask away for any questions. You know how it goes by now~!

Really.
While it is perfectly fine to use the many features of Multiply to advertise one's own business, that doesn't make it okay to get all desperate hyper about it and post numerous blogs/notes/links/etc. with the very same contents in rapid succession every minute of every day. Ever heard of basic advertising etiquette? Bad advertising results to nothing but bad publicity and reputation. Flooding your contacts' inbox pages won't make any of them buy whatever product or service you're offering in your 100000xxxxxxx!!!! posts.Seriously, people. One post every 5-10 minutes is enough to rouse someone's attention. Interested buyers WILL come - just you wait. AND RELAX.But if you keep that hyper mood up, you *might* just drive even your prospects away. Who would want to buy from someone unethical and desperate anyway? They wouldn't.We wouldn't. And YOU wouldn't either, would you?So behave. And please get a grip.
