How stupid is this, really?
Most online shops opt for pick-ups because it makes their lives easier, what with the volume of orders they ship out almost everyday. And now they're suddenly leaving us out like that?
I just spent the WHOLE morning packing our client's orders. There are 8 bulky packages currently lying on my bed. Am I supposed to go commute to SM Southmall (the nearest Air21 branch here) and take them all there alone? I have work to do, g*ddammit!
I'm seeeeeeeeeeeeriously considering to stop supporting this ungrateful company of retards they call a "leading courier".
They lose packages. They delivery slow. They ship to the wrong docks. They encode with their eyes closed. They're stingy with supplies.
And now what?! >__<
I hate Air21 more than ever now.

Ay! Feel ko nauurat lang yung mga nagpipick-up kasi may mga iba nga na isa-isa lang yung pouch. Gusto nila sandamukal munang packages yung papakuha mo bago sila magrespond. Sobrang unfair... :(

oo nga:( ayaw nilang ma-hassle. pero pare-pareho lang din naman kasi kayo ng situation. hindi ba nila naisip yun. dahil sa ginawa nila, parehong talo ang air21 at yung mga customers nila. tsk. bad.

ReplyDeletenaku sis, yan din problem nung isa kong oorderan sana. Nababadtrip sya kase humihingi sya ng pouches, 1 lang binigay eh ilan araw na rin siya humihingi. I thought Air21 is ok pa naman :[

Ay, totoo yun! Ako nga 1 month na nanghihingi kasi super wala na ko supplies. Kung hindi ko pa sila inemail at "nanakot", di pa nila ako bibigyan. xD Yun nga lang, kulang pa rin yung waybills na binigay nila. T___T"
ReplyDeleteSa ngayon, nahihirapan ako magdecide kung panu kame maghahandle ng shipping if ever we continue using Air21. Kasi lahat kame may work, wala talaga pwede pumunta sa drop-off site, lalo pa't hindi naman isa-isa lang yung packages na shiniship namen... :(

ReplyDeleteHindi ko pa sure e... Xempre may Xend pa rin for Metro Manila, pero arguably, Air21 yung pinakapopular na courier for provincial areas... Kelangan pa talaga pag-isipan...

ReplyDeleteUhm sis how about you try JRS Express? The big package is 90 only for provincial.. That's what I use mostly, and so far haven't had problems with them :).

ReplyDeleteNaku, Sis, I need one with a pick-up service talaga kasi hirap ako dalin yung packages. The last time I opted for a drop-off, halos himatayin ako sa sobrang dami ng dala koh. Mag-isa lang kasi ako and nagcocommute pa. :(

naku sis~ kung lbc, sobraaaangggg mahaaalll..kawawa naman yung oorder ng mas maliit pa sa shipping fee. Have you tried the delbros from Gcash nga pala? is it good b? kundi, by batch mo n tlga gagawin yung deliveries. Hayz, kakainis naman yan!

ReplyDeleteYung G-Cash CLICK! may network problems. Naaasar na nga rin ako dun. I think by batch na lang talaga pag Air21, pero ang worry ko lang baka kasi mainip yung buyers or di sila pumayag. :(
